Why am I having trouble connecting?
First, check your internet connection. Then try a different server or protocol. If issues persist, restart the app or reinstall it. Contact support if problems continue.
The app crashed. What should I do?
Please restart the app and try again. If the issue persists, reinstall the app from Google Play Store. You can report bugs to support@vpn-bolt.com.

Which platforms does Bolt VPN support?
Bolt VPN is currently available on Android (Google Play Store) and Chrome browser (Chrome Web Store). iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux are coming soon.
What Android version is required?
Bolt VPN requires Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher. The app is approximately 70MB in size.
Can I use Bolt VPN on my Chromebook?
Yes! Install the Chrome extension to use Bolt VPN on any Chromebook or Chrome browser.
When will iOS/Windows be available?
We are actively working on iOS and Windows apps. Sign up for our newsletter on the Download page to be notified when they launch.
